REPASYS tests reusable packaging for fresh food in Mechelen

REPASYS is testing how reusable packaging for fresh food can work at scale. Our partner Rotion shared the project with us.

The pilot

The project starts as a circular system in Mechelen, Belgium, for mushroom trays. The trays travel from the store shelf to a washing facility and back into circulation.

About Rotion
