One machine for all reuse systems

Many cities and venues use more than one reuse system. If every system brings its own return machine, guests need to know which one to use, and operators need space and logistics for each.

What neutral means

A neutral machine is not tied to one provider. It recognises containers by AI image recognition, QR code or RFID and connects to the reuse system they belong to.

What changes for operators

• One machine instead of several.
• One place that guests learn.
• The deposit is paid out the way the operator sets it up: cash, app credit, voucher, bank transfer or via the MDB interface.

At the Viktualienmarkt, RECUP, Relevo, Cup Company Service and CircleCube work together. RECUP provides the cups and bowls, CircleCube supplies the return machines, Relevo operates them and Cup Company Service takes care of logistics and washing.
